This pattern is named Bluebells. It was made in the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg, Russia former Soviet Union. It was hand-painted by Cobalt with Gold Ink. The saucer is 6 inch. in diameter and cup is 3 inch. tall. The plates is 7 inch. in diameter. They have Lomonosov Porcelain Factory LFZ logo on the bottom. Brand new, excellent condition, the export quality.
