The hand-painted decoration is by artist Alexey Vorobyevsky of the Lomonosov (Imperial) Porcelain Factory. The form was designed by artist and sculptor Seraphim Yakovlev of the Lomonosov (Imperial) Porcelain Factory. In excellent condition, unused.
