It was hand-painted by Cobalt with 22 Karat Gold Ink. 3 1/2 inch. tall and 7 1/2 inch. in diameter. It is an export quality. Each item is hand painted has a stamp Lomonosov Porcelain Factory LFZ logo on the bottom. Brand new, excellent condition, the export quality.
