It was made in the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory in Leningrad, Soviet Union, in 1970s. It has Old USSR Blue Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ) logo on the bottom. 2 1/2" tall and 4 " long. Excellent condition, export quality.
